After more than a decade with CHANEL, where I led Experiences, Store Planning, and Visual Merchandising across 11 countries, I gained deep insight into how environment, design, and sensory experiences shape emotional connection. This foundation in luxury retail and spatial storytelling laid the groundwork for my next chapter — building experiences that extend beyond retail into culture, hospitality, sport, and destination creation.
